Everest Aura Limited operates shopsnuggly.com under the brand name Snuggly. We are committed to delivering your baby products safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible to families around the world. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on shopsnuggly.com, including estimated delivery timeframes, shipping costs, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.
By placing an order on shopsnuggly.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Free Worldwide Shipping
Snuggly offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. This applies to all countries and territories we ship to. No discount codes or promotions are required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on every order.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Timeframe All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.
3.2 Order Confirmation Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of ordering.
3.3 Order Cut-Off Orders placed before 12:00 PM (HKT, UTC+8) on a business day will generally begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on Hong Kong public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3.4 Order Amendments If you need to amend your order (change of address, item, or quantity), please contact us at support@shopsnuggly.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
4. Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, remote locations, or other factors outside our control.
Hong Kong: 3 to 7 business days
Mainland China and Macau: 5 to 10 business days
Southeast Asia: 7 to 14 business days
Japan and South Korea: 7 to 14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
Middle East: 10 to 18 business days
Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days
During peak periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and major sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
5. Shipment Tracking
5.1 Tracking Notification Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
5.2 Tracking Updates Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update with your shipment's status. If your tracking number is not showing any updates after 48 hours, please contact us at support@shopsnuggly.com.
5.3 Tracking Responsibility It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status of your order and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Snuggly and Everest Aura Limited are not responsible for missed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable.
6. Shipping Protection
We offer an optional Shipping Protection add-on for $2.99, available at checkout. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your order. It covers:
- Loss of package in transit
- Theft of package after confirmed delivery
- Damage to the product during transit
If you experience any of the above and have purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us at support@shopsnuggly.com with your order number and any relevant photos or documentation. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, Everest Aura Limited's liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages is limited. We will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
7.1 International Shipments All orders ship from Hong Kong. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7.2 Customs Delays Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Everest Aura Limited has no control over customs processes and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7.3 Refused or Returned Shipments If a shipment is refused by customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or the recipient's failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued for returned shipments unless the return was caused by our error.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Everest Aura Limited cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@shopsnuggly.com. We will attempt to intercept the shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
1. Check with neighbours, building reception, or any safe location where the carrier may have left the package
2. Check for any delivery notification cards left by the carrier
3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
4. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@shopsnuggly.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you have purchased Shipping Protection, a replacement or refund will be arranged. If you have not purchased Shipping Protection, resolution will be subject to the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully
2. Contact us at support@shopsnuggly.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Given that our products are designed for use with babies and infants, we treat all damage claims as a priority and aim to resolve them within 2 business days.
11. Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch orders within our stated processing times and to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Extreme weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Public holidays in Hong Kong or the destination country
- Force majeure events
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware.
